Phrameworks Kernel 1.0.0 Is Available for Testing

Kernel 1.0.0, the first version of the Phrameworks kernel designed for PHP 5, is available for download.  This is an early version that is suitable for testing but not recommended for production.

There is also a version of the News application updated for compatibility with the new kernel.

This major revision includes several components that have been completely redesigned.  Templates used in 0.x.x kernels, for example, will no longer be compatible in 1.x.x.
